The AM1085-1 is a high dynamic range amplifier covering up to to 6 GHz. The device exhibits a high third order intercept performance, excellent gain stability over the operating temperature range, and a moderate positive gain-slope, providing frequency equalization useful in many broadband applications. With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 3mm QFN the AM1085-1 represents a compact total PCB footprint.
The AM1085 is also available in a 1.3mm x 2mm DFN form factor as the AM1085-2.
