The AM1090-1 is a high dynamic range amplifier covering up to to 6 GHz. The device boasts a high 1 dB compression point, excellent gain stability over the operating temperature range, and a moderate positive gain-slope providing frequency equalization useful in many broadband applications. With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 3mm QFN the AM1090-1 represents a compact total PCB footprint.
The AM1090 is also available in a 1.3mm x 2mm DFN form factor as the AM1090-2.
