ARF1009Q5 is a robust 10 W power amplifier in 5×5 mm2 QFN package for X-band applications. With 30 dB of power gain and 40-45% power-added efficiency, the device is ideal for demanding phased array applications, as well as telecommunications and test & measurement systems. The part is pre-matched to 50 Ω and is ESD protected to simplify handling and assembly. This amplifier has been designed for high performance with both CW and pulsed operation. Pulsed operation will result in slightly higher gain, saturated power and PAE.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality
control.
