The MocDrive MD42-044-o, part of the MD42-o Family, is a full mechatronic extremely small and compact solution with state of the art feature set. It includes a motion controller/driver using an outstanding technology for sensorless load dependent current control. This allows an energy efficient operation of an open-loop stepper motor system. Another advanced feature is to detect the load of the motor with high resolution.

The MD42-044-o includes a stepper motor, the IKS42-14SE controller & driver electronics, and an absolute encoder. It can be used in many decentralized applications and has been designed for 0,22… 0,7 Nm max. holding torque and 24V DC nominal supply voltage.

The MocOS firmware with serial protocoll allows for standalone operation and direct mode.
