ARF1020Q5 is a robust 10 W power amplifier in a 5×5 QFN package for X-band applications. With 20 dB of power gain and 41—47% power-added efficiency (in pulsed operation) the device is ideal for demanding phased array applications, as well as telecommunications and test and measurement systems. The part is pre-matched to 50 Ω and is ESD protected to simplify handling and assembly.
