The DART-MX95 is powered by the NXP i.MX95 SoC, which implements an energy flex architecture based on multiple heterogeneous processing units including up to 6 cores 2.0GHz Arm Cortex®-A55 plus two independent real-time co-processors: a 800MHz Arm Cortex-M7 and an 333MHz Arm Cortex-M33. This unique multi-core architecture offers high-speed data processing alongside high-performance real-time and safety/low-power uses.
The SoM additionally offers an extensive suite of connectivity and interface options: certified WiFi 6 dual-band 802.11 ax/ac/a/b/g/n with optional 802.15.4 and Bluetooth/BLE 5.4, dual GbE + 10GbE, an integrated NPU, a powerful 2D/3D GPU, 4K encode/decode, 4K displays, dual camera, dual PCIe Gen 3.0, USB 3.0, CAN FD, and industrial temperature grade support.
The DART-MX95 SoM is a member of Variscite’s DART Pin2Pin product family, which offers wide scalability: from the i.MX8M Mini, through the i.MX8M and iMX8M Plus, to i.MX 95.
