The PKU-D series is an analog DC/DC converter in a sixteenth brick format. They offer a Vout range between 3.3-12 V and wide Vin ranges of 36-75, 36-60 and 30-60 V, typically needed in telecom and datacom applications.
These converters can deliver up to 260W and have a high efficiency up to 96.1% typical at 48Vin / 50% load.
The PKU-D series can operate over a temperature range from -40°C up to +125°C and offers an MTBF of up to 12.9 million hours.
Standard features for this model include pre-biased start-up as well as remote control. The converters are protected against output over-voltage, output over-current and over-temperature conditions.
The PKU4217D model is the smallest DC/DC converter in a sixteenth brick format on the market which can provide up to 260 W output power. Hybrid regulated ratio technology is employed to gain the highest power and efficiency levels.
This series is available with a baseplate, as well as being available with a SMD pin option.
