The IKS-61SA is a compact 6-axes stepper motor controller/driver module for 2-phase bipolar stepper motors. It is highly integrated, offers a convenient handling and can be used in many decentralized applications.
The IKS-61SA supports up to 6 bipolar stepper motors with up to 1.1A RMS coil current and supply voltages up to +24 V DC nominal. There are separate motor and reference/end switch connectors for each motor.
Communication can take place via RS485, RS232, CAN, or USB interfaces. The IKS-61SA module offers 6 general purpose inputs, 8 analog inputs and 8 general purpose outputs for various application possibilities.
With the advanced StallGuard2™ feature the load of the motor can be detected with high resolution. The outstanding CoolStep™ technology enables sensorless load dependent current control.
The MocOS firmware with TMCL emulation allows for standalone operation and direct mode.
The CANopen protocol is available as an option.
