The IKS-61SA is a compact 6-axes stepper motor controller/driver module for 2-phase bipolar stepper motors. It is highly integrated, offers a convenient handling and can be used in many decentralized applications.
The IKS-61SA supports up to 6 bipolar stepper motors with up to 1.1A RMS coil current and supply voltages up to +24 V DC nominal. There are separate motor and reference/end switch connectors for each motor.
Communication can take place via RS485, RS232, CAN, or USB interfaces. The IKS-61SA module offers 6 general purpose inputs, 8 analog inputs and 8 general purpose outputs for various application possibilities.
Another advanced feature is to detect the load of the motor with high resolution. An outstanding technology enables sensorless load dependent current control.
The MocOS firmware allows for standalone operation and direct mode.
