The PKM-D series is a powerful isolated DC/DC converter in a quarter brick format. There are 2 variants: one with an output range of 14-35V at up to 18A and the other 25-55V at up to 10A, offering an output power of up to 504W. This makes it ideal for both LDMOS and GaN based RFPA applications.
This converter has a high efficiency up to 95.5% typical at 48Vin, 28Vout and 50% load.
The PKM-D series can operate over a temperature range from -40°C up to +100°C and offers an MTBF of up to 7.96 million hours.
Standard features for this model include comprehensive protection such as short-circuit, overload, over-temperature, output over-voltage, input under-voltage. A remote on/off control is provided, and isolation is 2250V.
