The NJW4315 is a 3-Phase Brushless DC Motor pre-driver IC with 120 turn-on. The NJW4315 generates 3 phase sequence based on external hall signal input and drives power MOSFETS. It features wide operating voltage range from 6.3V to 36V, small package and wide temperature range.
