The TMC5271-EVAL allows evaluation of the TMC5271 in combination with the TRINAMIC evaluation board system, or as a stand-alone-board.
To work together with the TMCL-IDE PC-software the MCU board “Landungsbruecke” is necessary. The software can be downloaded free of charge from the ADI Trinamic website.
TMC5271-EVAL uses the standard schematic and offers several options in order to test different modes of operation.
The TMC5271 is a Miniature Smart Driver for Two-Phase Bipolar Stepper Motors up to 1.6A RMS.
For diagnosis all signals between MCU board and TMC5271 are accessible with probes on the “Eselsbrücke” bridge board.
Additionally required is a Power Supply (max. 20V).
A complete kit together with the MCU board “Landungsbruecke” ist also available as TMC5271-EVAL-KIT.
